Support Ticket System

This plugin works with the built in soholaunch secure users feature and embeds directly into your website. No need to use a separate website or application. You can even set the color scheme to make it look like the app was coded just for your site.

The support ticketing system even includes a built in automatic user registration module that makes it easy for users to create their own support ticketing accounts. As the admin you can optionally require your approval before new users are added to the system. Approval are handled quickly and easily through links you receive via email when a new user signs up.  

Setup your support ticketing system in just a couple of minutes

1) Install Plugin
2) Create a New Page and then drag and drop the "support ticket system" object onto the page. Be sure to then save the page.
3) Go to the "Secure Users" control panel and add a new security group (ie: "Support Tickets")
4) Go to Support Ticket plugin admin, and click "Setup Registration Forms". Assign the login redirect for new user registrations to the page you created in step 2. Also assign this form to the security group that you created in step 3. Any new users that register through this form will automatically be assigned the proper redirect page and security group(s)
5) Create a New Page for the registration form and drag the support ticket (registration form) object onto the page.
6) Now you just need to configure a couple of options in the plugin Admin Screen. Enter your admin name and admin email address and optionally configure your display preferences. Then you will just need to create at least one "Issue Type" so that users can submit support tickets. Also be sure that you enter your domain name and email address in the "Business Info" section of the Webmaster Control panel as these settings are used also by the plugin for email communications.   

That's it! Your support ticketing system is online and ready for use!
