Discussion Forum Plugin

Add a full discussion forum to your site with just a few clicks.

This plugin works with the built in soholaunch secure users feature and embeds directly into your website. No need to use a separate website or installation. You can easily set the color scheme to make it look like the forum was coded just for your site.

The forum plugin also includes a built in automatic user registration module that makes it easy for users to self register. As the admin you can optionally require your approval before new users are added to the system. Approvals are handled quickly and easily through links you receive via email when a new user signs up.

Setup your discussion forum in just a couple of minutes

1) Install Plugin
2) Create a New Page and then drag and drop the forum object onto your page. Save the page.
3) Go to "Secure Users" control panel and add a new security group (ie: Forum)
4) Go to Forum plugin admin, and click "Setup Registration Forms". Assign the login redirect for new user registrations to the page you created in step 2. Also assign this form to the security group that you created in step 3. Any new users that register through this form will automatically be assigned the proper redirect page and security group(s)
5) Create a New Page for the registration form and drag the forum / registration form object onto the page.

Your discussion forum is online and ready for use!

** Be sure that you enter your domain and email address in the "Business Info" section of the Webmaster Control panel as these settings are used by the plugin for email communications.
