Ad Banner Manager Pro

This plugin allows you to add advertising banners to your site and track the number of times each banner has been displayed and how often each has been clicked. It also allows you to set limits on the campaign based on the number of impressions, the number of clicks or an expiration date.

You can build up to 5 banner zones (locations where banners are displayed) right into your custom templates and you drop an unlimited number of ad zones right onto any of your pages. There are no limitations to the size or shape of the banners used.

This demo site uses just a single ad zone in the template (in the subheader of each page).  We've also added two banner zones directly to this page in order to demonstrate how you can easily use both banner zones embedded in your template and additional banner zones within the content area of your pages.

-- Notice that the banners change randomly each time the page loads or is refreshed --

Understanding Zones and Banners

A zone is a collection of banners and you assign banners to zones. You can assign a banner to any number of zones and zones can contain any number of banners.

When your page loads, the program looks for zones on the page. The zone may have been added to your page by being dropped onto the page when you were creating or laying out the page or it may be a zone that is built right into your template. You can actually have both types of zones at once.

In either case, when the page loads one of the images that is assigned to that zone is randomly displayed in the location of that zone.

The program will count the number of times that that image is displayed and will also track how many clicks the banner has received. You can also set an expiration date so that the banner expires regardless of how many clicks or impressions it has received.

When a banner exceeds its limit in terms of impressions or clicks or it expires based on the expiration date, the banner is automatically set to inactive and it will no longer display in zones that it is assigned to. You can easily reactivate banners by resetting the click and impression values or by increasing the clicks and impressions allowed or by setting a later expiration date.
